Workshop: Yoga of the Heart & Fiora Sound Date: 22nd October Time: Arriving at 6:45 pm for a promt start at 7 pm - 9:00 pm Location: Archway Health & Wellbeing: Lubenham Hill, Market Harborough LE16 9SZ A special guest joining us all the way from Aberystwyth, Wales will join us for unique Yôga and Fiora Sound session (Fiora meaning "flower sound") Alexander Fioravante, a skilled Gong Suono artist, will be joining us on Tuesday, 22nd October for a special Yoga of your heart and Fiora Sound Immersion. Alexander will compliment the yoga guided by Genna with Handpan and lead you into an integrated sound immersion that will sooth the mind, heart and soul. Alexander Fioravante is a gifted sound artist and takes a holistic approach to sound, offering an immersive journey. Using singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, rattles, and a unique handmade 42" gong. Alex has been a sound engineer for over 20 years, and for the last five years, he has been exploring the holistic use of sound. His “Gong Suono” (meaning "sound" in Italian) journeys involve multiple layers of sound, each creating space in its own time, blending to create a immersive experience. Alexanders passion and love for his work truly shines, and I highly recommend joining to experience his unique gift. Genna shares a love of for life expressed through Yôga with teachings from ancient wisdom traditions with an engaging practice, breath principles transmitted through the heart of Yoga, including mantra, movement, and meditation for a graceful meditative experience. Sessions are open to all and may particularly resonate with those interested in exploring subtle energies or deepening their yoga practice.
